Your data, left alone.
Who is responsible
This site is run by DIR-DEV. For any question about your data, write to hello@dir-dev.com.
What is collected when you visit
Like every web server, this one keeps a standard access log for security and troubleshooting. Each entry contains:
- your IP address,
- the date and time of the request,
- the page requested and the response code,
- your browser's user-agent string and the referring page.
Logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days. They are not combined with other data, not used for profiling and not shared with anyone. The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Settings stored in your browser
If you change the theme or accent color, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under dd-theme and dd-accent. The data stays on your device and is never sent to the server. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. This storage exists only to provide a feature you asked for, so no consent is needed.
When you write to me
The "Send as brief" button and the email link open your own mail app. Nothing is submitted through this site. If you send an email or a Telegram message, I use what you send only to reply and to discuss your project. It is kept for as long as our conversation or project needs it, and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or exported. You can also object to its processing. Email hello@dir-dev.com and you'll get an answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
